We can use the drawings that you have if they are good quality drawings. 3D modeling does not accept  low quality drawings, where lines either don't connect or intersect etc. In any case we will inform the owner of the project and redraw the 2D drawings if needed to produce 3D model.

Revisions are based on the agreement and usually two or three revisions are ok. Revisions that don't require model modifications can be as many as owner wants. Our goal  is to make the client happy

After initial agreement we can remote to your desktop/server using Teamviewer or VPN and provide you with the analysis of the hardware/software and the issue resolution.
